Szolyd Developments custom precast concrete design and manufacturing uses T-Roc, G-Roc and Ductal Concrete which is more flexible than the standard rocks and cement concrete.

Concrete is not just rocks and cement. Like pastry, it is a delicate balance of ingredients and processes. An organic spelt is nothing like a French baguette, just as our T-ROC is a completely different animal than G-ROC.

Modern day technologies allow for concrete that can behave in ways never before imaginable. With newly introduced crushing and screening machinery, beer bottles become our sand and grandma’s finest china, possibly our aggregate.

Recycled materials like fly-ash, silica fume and Meta-kaolin allow for recipes that can be dry packed in sedimentary layers, or flow into our complex forms latticed with steel.

T-ROC

Szolyds T-ROC is the workhorse of the line. This material can be polished, precast or hand packed to create a vast array of colours and aesthetics. Used in our countertops, fireplace surrounds, large format planters and architectural details, T-Roc is always a great choice.
