Szolyd Developments custom precast concrete design and manufacturing is a specialty design house and casting facility which offers many services to our clients.

Our background as custom fabricators has honed  our skills related to product and mould design, materials specifications,  and project management.

Our team brings a wealth of experience to the table that is unparalleled anywhere in Western Canada. It is these diverse skill sets that give us the ability to understand the needs of the current market concerning sustainability, design and economics.

We begin by educating architects, designers, and homeowners about the qualities and capabilities of our materials. We listen to all aspects of their needs, including: design, budgetary constraints, and scheduling. Prototypes, samples and renderings can be then be produced to proof the design and ensure the accuracy of the project.

It is this process that provides the structure from which we derive our name – we are Szolyd!
